Privacy
This English version is provided for your convenience and describes the same processing as the German version. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
In short
This site is meant to inform you, not to watch you. It sets no cookies and stores no identifiers on your device, uses no analytics, tracking or advertising, loads no fonts or scripts from other servers, and has no contact form or newsletter. Apart from our delivery provider Cloudflare, other servers are only contacted when you start a video yourself or follow a link.

Visiting the site
So that the site reaches you quickly and securely, it is delivered through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare necessarily processes your IP address, date and time, the address requested and details of your browser and operating system. The purpose is delivering the site and protecting it against attacks and overload; the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in stable and secure operation. Cloudflare acts as our processor under a data processing agreement and keeps the data only as long as needed for delivery and protection. For transfers to the USA, the EU Commission has adopted an adequacy decision (Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795, EU-US Data Privacy Framework); Cloudflare is certified under it (checked on 8 October 2026). We have not switched on any access logs and do not analyse this data.
The site only instructs your browser to open it over an encrypted connection in future (HTTP Strict Transport Security). Your browser stores the domain name and a validity period for this, no identifier that makes you recognisable. This storage is strictly necessary to provide the page you requested securely and therefore needs no consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG, German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act).
YouTube videos
The English pages contain no videos. On the German home and music pages, a YouTube video only loads when you expressly choose “Zustimmen und Video laden” (agree and load video); until then YouTube learns nothing about your visit. The player is then loaded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. YouTube receives at least your IP address and that you came from timurbartels.de; the player loads files from further Google servers and stores its own information on your device, for example in your browser’s local storage.
For loading the player after your consent we are jointly responsible with Google Ireland Limited, limited to collecting your data and transmitting it to Google (CJEU, judgment of 29 July 2019, C-40/17, Fashion ID); Google alone is responsible for any further processing. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), which applies only to that video and that page view. Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA on the basis of adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795; Google LLC is certified (checked on 8 October 2026). To withdraw, reload the page: the player is removed and no further data flows to YouTube; processing up to then remains lawful. Information YouTube has already stored can be deleted in your browser settings under the site data of youtube-nocookie.com. Next to every player there is also a plain link to the video on YouTube. See Google’s privacy policy.
Contacting us by email or phone
If you write or call us, we process your details to answer you. Whether you contact us is your choice. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns or prepares a contract (for example a booking), otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our interest in answering you. Our mailboxes, including the booking and press address, run on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). We also transfer incoming messages to our own systems for filing, contact management and tasks, operated for us by processors, including server, database and AI service providers that sort and summarise messages. Where a provider is outside the EU, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses. We will gladly send you a list of these providers on request. None of this leads to a decision with legal effect about you (Art. 22 GDPR). If you write to the acting agency, the agency is responsible for your data.
How long we keep it: We store your enquiry and our correspondence to deal with it and afterwards so that we can trace the history of our business contacts and assess or defend possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If we end up working together, we keep business correspondence at least for the statutory periods (§ 257(1) and (4) German Commercial Code: as a rule six years from the end of the calendar year). If not, we keep it at least until the end of the standard limitation period (three years from the end of the year of the last message, §§ 195, 199 German Civil Code). After that we check once a year whether a continuing reason supports keeping it, such as an ongoing or foreseeable business relationship or a dispute; if not, we delete the data. You can object to the storage at any time (see below).
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). An informal message to office@tb-easymedia.com is enough; we reply within one month and usually much sooner.
Your right to object
Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21(1) GDPR). We will then stop, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal message to office@tb-easymedia.com is enough.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the country where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is:
Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information)Alt-Moabit 59-61, 10555 Berlin, Germany

An issue is usually solved fastest directly with us, so feel free to write to us first.
